Decree of the Royal High Court of Appeal on the right to synagogues

Decree of the Royal High Court of Appeals on the remission of an assessor’s court in the case of Paweł Studzieński versus the elders of the Crown Jews. Jewish elders sued him concerning acquisition of priviliges and synagogue donation capacity that goes against Jewish privileges. The court recognized and sustained the Jews’ right to practice their religion in the synagogues and revoked Studzieński’s privileges.
